Terms & Conditions
These terms explain the conditions that apply when you use the Tennant Health website, purchase products, access educational resources, participate in events or interact with our services.
A Clear Agreement for Every Tennant Health Interaction
These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between you and Tennant Energy Systems, LLC, doing business as Tennant Health. They apply when you access our website, purchase products, use our services, participate in education or events, or interact with Tennant Health resources.
Website & Services
These terms govern your access to TennantHealth.com, online forms, scheduling tools, support resources and other services we make available.
Products & Purchases
Product orders may also be governed by applicable pricing, payment, financing, shipping, return, warranty and prescription-authorization requirements.
Education & Events
Additional conditions may apply to owner education, protocols, conferences, virtual programs, registrations, recordings and restricted educational resources.
Privacy & Communications
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Additional safeguards may apply to provider-led and prescription-authorization workflows.
What your use of Tennant Health resources means
Select each topic for a plain-language explanation of when these terms apply and what to do if you do not agree.
By accessing or using the Tennant Health website, submitting information, placing an order, registering for an event, accessing educational resources or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and the policies incorporated into them.
If you do not agree, do not continue using the applicable website, service or resource. This does not limit any consumer right that cannot legally be waived.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement in your location. If you use Tennant Health resources on behalf of a company, clinic, organization or another person, you represent that you have authority to act for that party.
The website and general online services are not directed to children under 13. A parent, legal guardian or appropriately authorized adult should manage interactions involving a minor.
A purchase, financing arrangement, warranty, return, repair, trade-in, event registration or educational program may include additional written terms. Those specific terms become part of your agreement for that transaction or service.
If a transaction-specific term directly conflicts with these general terms, the more specific term will ordinarily control for that transaction to the extent permitted by law.
Independent licensed healthcare professionals are responsible for their own clinical evaluations, eligibility determinations, medical advice and prescription decisions. Tennant Health does not direct or control those independent clinical decisions.
Tennant Health may facilitate administrative steps and HIPAA-compliant communications connected with a provider evaluation or BioModulator prescription authorization. That support does not guarantee that a provider will issue or authorize a prescription.

We may correct errors and update website information when reasonably necessary.
Website features may be interrupted for maintenance, security, provider outages or circumstances outside our control.
Product, price, event and availability information remains subject to confirmation before an order or registration is accepted.
If information appears incomplete or inconsistent, contact Tennant Health before relying on it for a purchase, registration or other important decision.

Use, Care and Support Throughout Ownership
Product ownership includes the responsibility to follow current instructions, observe safety information and use the appropriate support process when a device requires evaluation, warranty review, repair, return authorization or replacement consideration.
Follow Current Instructions
Use Tennant technology according to the instructions, safety information and owner education applicable to your device.
Observe Safety Requirements
Review contraindications and warnings before use, including restrictions involving implanted electronic devices.
Use Structured Support
Begin with Tennant Health support before sending a device, arranging service or assuming that a return has been authorized.
Responsible use begins with current guidance.
Product descriptions and general website information are not a substitute for the instructions, contraindications, warnings, maintenance guidance and owner education provided for the applicable device.
Use the technology as instructed
Follow current operating instructions and owner education. Do not use a device in a manner that conflicts with its intended use, contraindications, warnings or applicable law.
Review contraindications before use
Tennant technology is contraindicated for individuals with implanted electronic devices. Review all current safety information and consult an appropriate licensed healthcare professional when you have questions about suitability.
Do not alter or misuse the device
Unauthorized modification, disassembly, repair, misuse, improper storage or use with unapproved accessories may create safety risks and may affect warranty or service coverage.
Keep ownership information available
Retain your receipt, order information, serial number and applicable records. Tennant Health may request this information when confirming education access, warranty coverage or service options.
Current safety information controls.
If website content conflicts with the current instructions, contraindications or safety information supplied for your device, follow the current product-specific information and contact Tennant Health for clarification.
Current-generation devices include defined warranty periods.
Warranty coverage is reviewed using the applicable purchase information, device records, reported issue and product condition. Submitting a service request begins the review but does not by itself confirm coverage or authorize shipment.
BioTransducer®
One-year warrantyEligible warranty coverage is evaluated through the Tennant Health service-request process.
BioModulator®
Two-year warrantyEligible warranty coverage is evaluated through the Tennant Health service-request process.
Eligible in-warranty service
A device determined to qualify for warranty service will be repaired to like-new condition and returned without charges for the repair or return shipping.
Out-of-warranty service
If a device is outside its warranty period or the issue is not covered, Tennant Health will provide an available repair estimate. The current minimum service charge is $399.
Coverage requires evaluation.
Warranty periods do not mean every reported issue is automatically covered. Final coverage and service options are determined after Tennant Health reviews the relevant device, ownership and service information.
Submit your request before sending a device.
If a Tennant device needs technical evaluation, warranty review, repair or return processing, begin with the Tennant Devices Service Request. The support team will review your information and identify the appropriate next step.
Describe the device and issue
Provide your contact information, shipping address, device selection, serial number, purchase date, receipt and a clear description of the service need.
Allow Tennant Health to review it
The team reviews the submitted information to determine whether the next step involves troubleshooting, warranty review, repair evaluation or return processing.
Follow the return instructions
If shipment is required, Tennant Health will provide the applicable return authorization, packaging information, destination and next-step instructions.
Do not ship a device without instructions.
Submitting the service form does not itself authorize shipment, confirm warranty coverage or approve a return. Wait until the Tennant Health team provides the applicable instructions.
Previous-generation devices are accepted in any condition.
Tennant Health offers trade-in opportunities for qualifying previous-generation technology when upgrading to current Tennant technology. A device’s physical condition does not prevent it from being considered for the trade-in program.
Accepted in any physical condition
Working, nonworking, damaged or heavily used previous-generation devices may be accepted. Physical condition does not determine whether the device can be submitted for trade-in consideration.
Offer details are confirmed individually
Applicable trade-in value, qualifying device type, upgrade purchase, promotional terms, deadlines and instructions are confirmed as part of the current written offer.
Wait for trade-in instructions before shipping.
A preliminary conversation does not authorize shipment or finalize the applicable trade-in offer. Tennant Health will confirm the qualifying device, current offer and return instructions before the device is sent.
Learn, Participate and Respect Protected Resources
Tennant Health education is designed to build understanding through structured learning, owner resources and live experiences. Access to these materials is provided for the authorized participant and does not transfer ownership or permission to reproduce, teach, publish or resell protected content.

Access for the intended participant
Account credentials, protected links, event access and owner resources may not be transferred, resold, published or shared with unauthorized users.
Current education controls
Education may develop as technology and teaching evolve. Owners should follow the current resources applicable to their device rather than relying on outdated or unofficial copies.
Education access is not a transfer of ownership.
Purchasing a device, event or educational program does not transfer ownership of Tennant Health content or grant permission to reproduce, distribute, publish, teach or commercially use protected materials.
Each event may include specific registration terms.

Limited sharing does not create a broad license.
You may share an ordinary link to a public Tennant Health webpage for lawful, nonmisleading purposes. This does not authorize copying the page, extracting protected materials or using Tennant Health branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, certification or endorsement.
Share only information you are authorized to provide.
If you submit a question, review, testimonial, photograph, idea, suggestion or other material, you remain responsible for the content and for having the rights and permissions needed to provide it.
Questions and Support Communications
Information submitted for support or another specific request will be used to respond to that request and handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Tennant Health will request appropriate permission before publicly using an identifiable testimonial, image, recording or personal story beyond the purpose for which it was originally submitted.
Suggestions and Feedback

Protect the privacy of others.
Do not submit another person’s confidential, identifying or health information unless you have appropriate authority and the information is reasonably necessary for the intended request.
Information, Experiences and Individual Responsibility
Tennant Health provides technology, education and support within defined roles. Understanding those roles helps distinguish educational information, independent clinical decisions, individual experiences and the responsibilities connected with using products and services.
Information is provided within an educational framework.
Clinical decisions remain with licensed professionals.
Applicable consumer protections remain in effect.
Tennant Health provides information about bioelectric concepts, polarity, voltage, technology, device ownership, education and responsible support pathways. General website content, educational programs and customer support are not individualized diagnosis, treatment or medical advice.
Educational information should not be used as a substitute for appropriate care from a qualified healthcare professional. Questions involving symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, medication or personal medical decisions should be directed to an appropriate licensed provider.
Independent licensed healthcare professionals are responsible for their own evaluations, medical advice, eligibility determinations and prescription decisions. Tennant Health does not control an independent provider’s professional judgment.
Tennant Health may facilitate administrative steps and HIPAA-compliant communication connected with a provider evaluation or BioModulator prescription authorization. This support does not establish a provider-patient relationship between you and Tennant Health and does not guarantee that a prescription will be authorized.
Individual experiences may differ. Tennant Health does not promise or guarantee that every person will experience a particular outcome from a product, educational resource, protocol, event, discussion or support service.
A testimonial, case history, personal report or description of another person’s experience reflects that individual experience. It should not be interpreted as a promise, prediction or guarantee of what another person will experience.
Tennant Health may link to or use independently operated platforms for scheduling, provider communication, payment, financing, event registration, video hosting, shipping, analytics and other services.
Those providers control their own systems and may have separate terms and privacy practices. A link, integration or reference does not mean Tennant Health controls or guarantees every third-party service, statement, availability or security practice.
Tennant Health works to maintain useful, accurate and accessible resources. Website content and services may occasionally be unavailable, delayed, incomplete or affected by maintenance, security needs, technical problems, third-party outages or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
Website information may be corrected or updated as products, education, events, technology and legal requirements develop. Confirm important purchase, registration or service information before relying on it.
Express product warranties are limited to the written warranty terms applicable to the product and purchase. Those express warranties are separate from general website content, educational materials and support communications.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, website content and services are otherwise provided on an “as available” basis without additional warranties that are not expressly stated in writing. Nothing in these terms excludes an implied warranty or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.

Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms.

Website inquiries, device discussions, purchases, education, events and customer-support communications are handled under the Privacy Policy and other applicable privacy and consumer-protection requirements.

Information collected or handled as part of an independent licensed provider’s evaluation or prescription-authorization process may be protected under HIPAA and the requirements applicable to that clinical workflow.
Secure Communication Channels
Tennant Health uses privacy-conscious safeguards and HIPAA-compliant communication systems where appropriate. Follow the designated secure process whenever one is provided.
Your Privacy Choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights involving access, correction, deletion, portability, consent and certain opt-out choices, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Digital communications may support your interaction.
When you provide an email address or phone number, you authorize Tennant Health and applicable service providers to use those channels for communications connected with your inquiry, transaction, registration, account or requested service.

Electronic confirmations, disclosures, notices and records may satisfy applicable written-communication requirements where permitted by law.
Communication Preferences
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails through the link in the message. For applicable SMS programs, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance.
Some communications remain necessary.
Opting out of marketing does not prevent Tennant Health from sending nonpromotional communications reasonably necessary for an order, account, warranty, service request, safety matter, event registration or other existing relationship.
Updates will be identified by a revised effective date.
Tennant Health may revise these terms when our website, products, services, education, business practices or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted on this page.
Updated terms are posted
The current version will be made available on this page with an updated effective date.
Additional notice when appropriate
If a material change requires additional notice, Tennant Health may provide it through the website, email or another appropriate communication method.
Future use follows the current terms
Your continued use after the effective date of a revised version is governed by that version, subject to applicable notice and consent requirements.
Existing transactions retain their applicable terms.
Changes to these general website terms do not automatically replace the specific written pricing, warranty, return, registration or other transaction terms already applicable to a completed purchase or registration unless legally permitted and appropriately communicated.
These provisions support a complete and workable agreement.
The following terms apply to the extent permitted by law and do not eliminate a consumer protection or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another applicable law requires otherwise.
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply where permitted by law.
A delay or failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce that provision or another provision later. A waiver is effective only when appropriately authorized and documented.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these terms without Tennant Health’s written consent. Tennant Health may assign these terms in connection with a lawful reorganization, merger, acquisition, asset transfer or similar business transaction.
These terms, together with the policies and any specific written terms applicable to your transaction, registration, warranty, program or service, form the agreement governing that interaction.
